Login

The Login screen prompts you for your Name, Conference ID and Web PIN.

1. Name

  • The name you wish to appear in the chat.

2. Conference ID Number

  • The unique reservation number for your call.
  • +
  • Assigned when the reservation was made and is found on the reservation confirmation that was sent via fax or email.
  • If you cannot locate your Conference ID Number, call the Event Services line at 1-800-953-1817 and ask them to look it up for you. You will need to have your permanent Owner ID number and/or additional verification information before the Expert Reservationist will give you the conference ID number.

3. Web PIN

  • The 4-digit number that you selected or that was randomly assigned when you registered to use Leaderview.
  • Found on the reservation confirmation that was sent via fax or email.

Status Panel

Status Panel Elements

1. Total Participants

  • A tally of connected and disconnected participants in the participant list.

2. Mode

  • Displays "Q&A" or "Polling" or "Deafult", letting you know when your switch between modes

3. Total in Queue

  • A real-time tally of how many participants are in the question queue.

4. Logout

  • Ends your Leaderview session.
  • Cannot log back in to the Leaderview application once the audio conference is over.

Participant List

The Participant List shows a list of the participants on the audio conference. This list may be viewed at any time during the conference by clicking on the tab.

1. Participant List

  • Lists the Names, Additional Information Thelephone and Conection Status (connected/disconnected) of participants.

2. Download Participant List *

  • Downloads the participant list in a Excel or PDF format that can be viewed or saved to your computer.

3. Refresh List

  • Refreshes the Participant List.

4. Sort by Name

  • Sorts participants' Names in alphabetical order.

5. Sort by Information

  • Sorts participants' Additional Information in alphabetical order.

6. Sort by Status

  • Sorts participants' conference Status in alphabetical order.

7. Previous Page & Next Page

  • Moves between Participant List pages.
  • Participant List display 20 participants per page.

The Chat to Operator function allows for two-way messaging between you and the Operator. The Chat Window will always be visible.

Chat to Operator

The Chat to Operator function allows for two-way messaging between you and the Operator. The Chat Window will always be visible.

1. Messages

  • Displays incoming messages.
  • New messages will appear above current content.
  • Use the scroll bar to view message string.
    (Scroll bar will appear after message string has occupied the window.)

2. Text Box

  • Type your message to the Operator in the space provided and click "Send"

Q&A Queue

The Q&A Queue screen displays the list of participants in queue waiting to ask a question. Once the Q&A is active click on the tab the view this list.

1. Q&A Queue

  • Lists the Names and Additional Information of participants who are waiting to ask a question.
  • The order in which participants are displayed is the order in which the Operator will take questions.

2. Current Questioner

  • Displays the Name and Additional Information of the participant whose line is open to ask a question.

3. Refresh List

  • Refreshes the Question Queue.
  • If the list has been sorted, new questioners will appear at the bottom of the list.

4. Sort by Name *

  • Sorts participants' names in alphabetical order.

5. Sort by Information *

  • Sorts participants' Additional Information in alphabetical order.

6. Sort By Bridge *

  • Sorts by bridge.

7. Clear Podium *

  • Removes current questioner.

8. Delete *

  • Removes a participant's line from queue. The participant will be removed from queue and the operator will not open the line for a question.

9. Promote

  • Immediately opens a participant's line to ask a question (Note-The participant's line will be un-muted without being introduced).

*Please Note: Once this action is taken, the original order cannot be recovered.

Best Practices

  • When visiting a website, type the address directly into the browser rather than following a link.
  • Only provide personal information on sites that have "https" in the web address or have a lock icon at bottom of the browser.
  • Do not provide personal information to any unsolicited requests for information
  • Confirm authenticity of a Web site.
  • Allow only authorized programs to connect to the Web.
  • Do not accept or open suspicious error dialogs from within the browser.
  • Spyware may come as part of a "free deal" offer - Do not accept free deals.
  • Install product updates and security patches before using the internet.
  • Keep web browser up to date with latest patches.
  • Make sure your computer is configured securely.

What can it do?

With Leaderview you can:

  • Sort participant details and connection status within the Participant List and Q&A tabs.
  • Download a Participant List at any time during the conference call.
  • Control the Q&A Queue:
    • Advance a participant to the current questioner position.
    • Delete participants from the queue.
    • Move participants up and down within the Question Queue to prioritize questioners.
  • Chat to Operator by exchanging text-based messages during the conference call.

What’s new?

Additions to the Participant Tab:

  • Active Talker
    • Conferences in standard mode can see who is talking as a talker function icon will appear by the participants name.
    • Conferences in Lecture Mode will see all participants in a muted state. Participants cannot be unmuted in this mode.
  • Mute / Remove
    • Participants can be muted in Standard Mode only. However users can remove participants from a conference in either Standard or Lecture mode.
  • These options are defaulted on; they can be turned off in the settings tab.
